Directions for Use
- Gather your equipment: Have your fume board, smoker, protective beekeeping gear, and Honey B Gone ready.
- Smoke the hive: Light your smoker and gently apply smoke at the hive entrance and beneath the top cover.
- Apply Honey B Gone: Lightly spray the felt surface of the fume board.
- Open the hive: Remove the inner and outer covers.
- Position the fume board: Place the board over the honey super with the treated felt surface facing downward and the corners slightly exposed.
- Allow time to work: Wait approximately 5–10 minutes while the bees move down from the honey super.
- Remove the super: Once the bees have cleared, remove the honey super for honey harvesting.
- Close the hive: Return the inner and outer covers to their proper positions.
