Our hives are registered and are cared for with the highest standards of beekeeping, honey extraction, and consideration for our bees. We ensure the healthiest conditions and optimal care, and that attention comes through in the beautiful taste of this white honey, sourced from the nectar of basswood trees and clover in spring, with a slight minty finish that is exceptional. All our honey is small-batch, and unpasteurized, leaving the beneficial (and tasty!) properties of honey intact. Your honey will be liquid when shipped, but note that all natural honey will crystallize over time and a gentle slow warming will liquify it again. Shipped in security-sealed tall glass bottles and protected for travel.
