92% Acetic Acid – Beekeeping Use
92% acetic acid is a highly concentrated organic acid commonly used by beekeepers for the disinfection of equipment and the control of mold and certain pathogens in stored comb. When applied correctly, it is an effective treatment for sanitizing drawn frames and reducing the risk of disease carryover between seasons. It is typically used in controlled fumigation of stacked supers (never on active hives with bees present), helping to protect valuable comb and maintain hive health.
