Join us for 2024’s Beekeeping Season!
This special and limited group gives you the opportunity to participate in beekeeping and supporting beekeeping in Ontario without having to manage your own hives! This membership-only group is a way that you can become a Pollinator Patron – by supporting Little Dipper Homestead this honey season.
What you’ll get:
Drone Bee: 6 x 500g of our local honey raised in our hives, avail. for pickup in the fall in a custom totebag.
Worker Bee: All the benefits of Drone Bee, PLUS two special events: An Education day held mid-summer, and a Harvest Day in the fall. During these events you can visit us and our hives and get a first-hand look at our hives and the bees, and even help harvest some honey! AND, you’ll have access to a monthly update starting in Spring through until Harvest with members-only video content of the month’s beekeeping happenings. If you can’t visit, we can arrange for private interactive video participation.
Queen Bee: All the benefits of Drone and Worker Bees, PLUS a 15% discount on all products, a custom thank-you gift basket valued at more than $40, AND you will get to name the queen of your hive, and help design the colour and design of the bee boxes for this hive!
We hope you find this support to be fun and meaningful, and an event for the family. We ask that you limit your visiting group to four people unless otherwise arranged, and follow all procedures for the visits – more details to follow!
